Inner Peace

Our Mind comprises of lots and lots of thoughts. Each taught has conflict with one another once the thoughts are controlled the mind becomes a calm one. The main aim in meditation is to control the thoughts that exist in the mind. Controlling in the sense it not that we should not have thoughts at all, Instead they should be in a controlled manner or in a streamlined way one thought should not come over or conflict with the other. This oneness of thought can be done by sitting quietly and concentrating on something. This can also be done by concentrating on the breath process once this is done our mind attains peace and one can easily experience the inner peace.
