Chest Workout

The chest workout is divided into two they are
  • upper chest
  • lower chest
For building up the upper part of the chest we should do the incline press workout which is very essential to build the upper part of the chest.after that to build up the lower part of the chest we should do the decline chest exercise.this is very useful for creating the cuts in the lower chest and bringing the shape to the muscles
